What Are The Delivery Hours & Charges?

Our delivery hours are from 9am to 5.00pm from Monday to Friday (no delivery on Saturdays, Sundays and public holidays). Free Delivery is available for purchase exceeding $200.00. For purchase below $200.00, delivery fee of $10.80 applies.

What If I am Not In Office At Time Of Delivery?

We will try our best to accommodate. In the event that you are not around or if warehouse/store reject or no one accept the purchase(s), please arrange self-collection at our office.
Alternatively, we can re-deliver the purchase(s) on the next business day for a small fee of $10.70.
Note: We are unable to provide exact timing of delivery as every customer is important to us.



Do I Need To Pay Goods and Services Tax (GST)?

Prices shown on website are inclusive of the prevailing Goods & Services Tax (GST).



What If The Products Are Damaged Upon Delivery?

Murphy’s Law applies here!. Nevertheless, we will do a one-to-one exchange within the next business day.



What If My Shipping Address Is Different From Company Address?

To avoid unnecessary delays in processing your order, please provide the correct shipping address upon check-out.
Note: Any re-directing of delivery address will subject to a small surcharge fee of $10.70.



Can Deliveries Be Made To Restricted Areas? (Naval Base, Jurong Island, Air Base)

Sure, why not? However, please facilitate to apply pass clearance for our driver. If additional information such as driver’s particulars are needed, please call us in advance to obtain these information.
Alternatively, we can arrange for driver to meet you at Pass Office for faster collection. Remember to notify us in advance!



What Is The Shipping Restriction?

As of now, deliveries are only limited to Singapore only.
However, if you are purchasing from overseas, you can arrange for forwarder (DHL, TNT, FedEx, etc) to self-collect from our office.
The freight charges will need to be bore by you so that these charges are transparent to you.



When Can I Expect My Order?

Once your order is processed, it will usually take 4-6 business days. We will try our best to expedite.
All delivery lead times are estimated.
In the event purchase(s) are out of stock, we will inform you immediately.



Can I Cancel/ Exchange/ Refund/ Return My Order?

Unfortunately, our products are not returnable, non-refundable, non-cancellable and non-exchangeable.

Can I Pay By Cheque Or Cash Upon Delivery?

At this moment in time, the available method of payment is via PayPal or PayNow. Please do set up a PayNow or PayPal account to facilitate payment. We are unable to accept company cheque or cash upon delivery for website purchase at this moment.
