Order Placement
Orders made on Saturdays, Sundays and Public Holidays would be process the next working day.
Delivery
• Deliveries available in Singapore island only, within 4-6 working days.
• There will be no deliveries made on Saturdays, Sundays and Public Holidays.
• Delivery hours are from 9am to 5pm.
• FREE DELIVERY for orders $200.00 and above (Delivery fee of $10.80 (inclusive of GST) is applicable for orders below $200.00)
• All products within a single order will be made in one delivery.
• In the event that purchase(s) delivered is rejected, not accepted or if no one is in office, please arrange for self-collection or arrange for re-delivery on the next business day for a small fee of $10.80.
• We apologized that we are unable to provide an exact time of delivery.
• For SELF-COLLECTION, kindly call 65-62917174 to make arrangement.
Returns
• One-to-one exchange will only be accepted if product(s) received were damaged at the point of receipt.
• Upon order confirmation, goods are non-returnable, non-refundable, non-cancellable and non-exchangeable.
• Please do not send your purchase(s) back to the manufacturer. Items sent back to manufacturer will not be entertained.
Products & Pricing
• Prices are inclusive of the prevailing Goods & Services Tax (GST). Prices are in Singapore Dollar
• All products price excludes delivery cost and it would be calculated at the check-out page. (If order value falls below S$200.00)
• Products quality as manufacturer’s standard.
• Products are genuine from manufacturer.
Payments
We accept payment through Paypal account or via PayNow UEN: 198302690D.
Please input your invoice number when making payment and email us the remittance advice @ tylus@tylus.com.sg
